Bobbins for sewing machine, 2 or 3 filled for each class
Sewing machine needles (80/12 microtec)
Pins and Pin Cushion
Scissors and/or nippers
Rotary cutter with new blade
Olfa 6x24 ruler
Add A Quarter ruler
Seam Ripper
Marking pencil for fabric (recommend mechanical pencil with colored chalk leads)
Highlighter
Glue Stick
Ziploc bags (quart and gallon, several of each)
Baste It temporary glue
Pressing Sheet
Lone Star Pattern which includes printed interfacing necessary to make your star
*Fabrics needed to make the star of choice, either 38” or 58”
Notebook for taking notes
Pen or pencil
** small iron and ironing surface to be shared with your pod companion
Any additional sewing supplies you like to use; i.e. light
A willing and creative spirit
*I usually work on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and will be more than happy to help you select your fabrics.
You may want to bring your own ironing station.
Patterns with grid interfacing have been ordered and will be available for the class.
